Catherine Sandland
Catherine is passionate about engaging with people and believes developing and nurturing relationships is an essential to business development. “I believe everyone has a story to tell, no matter how big or how small that is important to them!”
Catherine grew up in the Clare Valley; her father was the local pharmacist in Clare where he owned and operated the business for 47 years. Consequently having spent so much time in a business environment has now found a niche in business development and believes strongly in “leadership” as the key driver to a successful business or organisation.
Over the past ten years Catherine has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in management, sales and business development.
Catherine lived in Hong Kong for several years, which has given her extensive insight into global and international businesses and has successfully completed her MBA. Catherine has had previous experience in the Learning and Development sector as a senior consultant for businesses and organisations.
Catherine delights in meeting with personnel from varying organisations to listen and understand the issues affecting the organisational progress and enhancing their learning and development areas. She subsequently follows through to ensure the benefits are rippling throughout the organisation.
Catherine’s engagement with her clients is her demeanor and this results in loyalty and strong commitment to the organisation.
