Designed for You
We offer programs for 90 minutes, ½ day, 1 day, 2 day or as required.
Our aim is for participants to be involved in the learning, not just to be a passive spectator for the time they are present. Each program will be individually constructed, enabling us to get straight down to the business of assisting your teams.

Executive Mentoring & Coaching
Through active participation and involvement in the Executive Development Program – an individual coaching and development program, you will be further developed and enriched with leadership and management skills and competencies.
The program has a clear focus on personal development particularly focusing upon participants understanding themselves first and foremost so that they are then able to lead and manage others more effectively.
