- Certificate IV in Human Resource Management, and
- Diploma of Human Resource Management
Employees with these qualifications could include human resource managers, human resource coordinators, recruiters, business process managers and training and development managers.
These qualifications cover aspects such as recruitment, performance management, providing services, induction, rehabilitation programs, HR policies, information systems, mediation, industrial relations, and remuneration and employee benefits.
