Future Leaders Program
The Future Leaders Program is designed for people who have been identified as having potential leadership qualities and may soon be in a leadership position with direct reports. This comprehensive 3 day learning and leadership program, ideally spread over 3 months, is designed to provide participants with opportunities to explore and develop their leadership practice and skills for the future. The program focuses primarily on individual personal growth, teamwork and managing change and innovation.
Facilitating for Effective Learning – Train the Trainer
This program is designed for people who have the responsibility for designing programs and delivering training to individuals and groups in the workplace and is applicable to all work environments.
The program will cover aspects such as meeting the learning requirements of adult learners, catering for a range of learning styles, how to design and develop a learning program that meets the clients needs including sequential planning for the content, resource development, room preparation and preparing yourself as a facilitator of learning as well as how to review your learning programs.
