The Intensive Executive Learning Program is designed for managers of managers for building and improving leadership capacity within an organisation.
The program has a clear focus on individual development particularly focusing upon participants understanding themselves first and foremost so that they are then able to lead and manage others more effectively.
The Program
Initially a six-month program involving regular, individual coaching sessions incorporating both face-to-face and phone/webcam sessions, as well as the inclusion of rigorous business projects. Participants can expect to engage with content that will build skills in relation to:
