If there are times when even the individualised attention your organisation’s executives receive from our Executive Coaching programs is not quite enough – and you want to spend some time with other executives exploring issues of similar importance – then our Master Classes are for you. Our comprehensive pre-program research and information gathering will ensure that this highly interactive, engaging and relevant program will be designed specifically for your people and your organisation.
During this program, participants will:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the expectations and challenges in building, maintaining and leading a high performing, cohesive team.
- Assess and make immediate progress in overcoming any potential dysfunctions to team performance and cohesion.
- Review and validate the team’s purpose and direction and to ensure that strong affiliations exists with and among the team members.
- Discuss the implications of appropriate conflict, communication and the changes necessary to ensure ongoing commitment and alignment throughout the team.
- Be provided with the time to learn, understand and apply the principles learned.
We have designed the following sequential sessions with additional units available to be facilitated in support of the program at any future time.
Leadership Master Class: 7 Series – one example:
- Personal Management – Quadrant Analysis
- Understanding Your Leadership Brand & Impact
- Getting Along With and Leading People Who Are Not Like You
- Creating the Right Environment for High Performing Teams
- Fighting Fair – Workplace Mediation/Conflict Management
- The Art of Having Difficult Conversations
- Managing Generation Y
Program Methodology
The Insight Team will facilitate these sessions by:
- introducing, teaching and explaining theoretical frameworks;
- modeling those frameworks;
- utilising high order questioning techniques;
- using case studies;
- incorporating individual and team exercises;
- as well as embracing focused, critical discussions.
As all individual and team-oriented exercises and activities are embedded within discussions relating to the core principles of your organisation (and the executive’s role within it), participants will never feel as though they are “playing workshop games” or participating in unrelated theoretical exercises. They willbe exploring real leadership – not just learning about it.
Program Delivery
Each session can either be 1/2 day or full day duration and is delivered in sequence so that learning reflects a “constructivist” nature. It is advisable that there is a 2 week break between sessions to allow new learning to “soak” before returning for the next session(s).
