Firstly, great iLearning is about LEARNING – not playing on computers – not playing memory games – not playing with multiple choice “guess wrong and we will eventually tell you” selections!

Great learning – online – is possible. However, to be on the receiving end of great iLearning your people will need to ask great questions. Here’s a few to consider:

How much Educative “nous” does Insight have?
We are education, facilitation and training experts – we utilise a variety of methodologies to engage people in learning processes. We see iLearning as one of those processes. We know that you are looking to engage your people in relevant high quality, impactful learning (that occurs on line). That’s us!

What is our iLearning track record?
We designed and developed – in house – our first elearning system in 2002. We have been refining and redesigning ever since!

How well do we know your industry sector or profession?
Ask us. We focus on the core areas of leadership development (at all levels), business development, human resources, learning, training and facilitation and business administration. We work across a vast array of industries and professions in a multitude of locations.

Do we have both Educative Nous and Software Development Nous?
It’s not usually technical nous that causes online learning to fail in the hearts and minds of your people – it’s almost always because there is no educative value in what’s being “presented” to them! Remember that what we’re talking about here is collaboration between educational underpinnings and software development.

How do we rate in terms of responsiveness, flexibility and timeliness?
From our beginnings as an educational consultancy in the late 1990s, one of the hallmarks of Insight has been the capacity we have to respond and resolve quickly. We know that what you want is high quality learning outcomes for your people – not a bunch of arrogant and inflexible “experts”.

Do we ask a fair price?
Again, just ask. You will find that we are fair and reasonable.

Do we engage with quality standards?
Our iLearning sites have been guided in their development by socially constructivist learning (years before it became fashionable). This means that we focus on ways to engage people in their learning and move them from where they are to where they are going. As such, all aspects of our site and your interaction with it (including Web 2.0) have been designed for this specific purpose.
