Learning online can be quite a daunting experience for some. However, few simple steps can help you on the way to successful learning and training using the cutting edge iLearning methodologies of Insight.
Firstly, you are in control of your iLearning – and this is probably quite different to any other learning experience you have encountered. You are the determiner of how you approach your learning, the pace, the frequency, the choice of learning activities and work-based learning projects and, in many ways, the quality of the outcomes that you will achieve. However, should you feel that you are beginning to lose control, or you motivation is beginning to flag, contact us immediately. Our learning facilitators are highly skilled in re-invigorating tired souls.
And it’s also your choice of location – from home or from the office. It’s up to you. You are in control. Finish up in one location and open in another, you can continue from where you left off. No need to remember where you are up to, we do that for you and no need to save to disc or CD, we automatically save your learning for you.
Take the opportunity to talk with your facilitator, online, or by more traditional methods in the first instance. Visit our blogs and message boards, that enable you to engage in an online dialogue or, if you prefer, to merely read and reflect on the conversations of others. Try not to be shy – it’s not too different to a casual chat in the office.
