Our facilitators provide ongoing support, guidance and direction, whilst motivating and encouraging you to pace your learning in ways that meet your needs as well as the vision and direction of your organisation.
Moreover, we strongly believe that the relationship between the participant and the facilitator is at the hub of all learning. As such, we also ensure that our facilitators are available at regular times via our online Forum, via our outstanding ongoing assessment and feedback process and, at all other times, we are never more than an Insight mail away. We also post regular discussion and think pieces, enabling you to engage in an online dialogue or, if you prefer, to merely read and reflect on the conversations of others.
