If you used your name and email in the Manager field, you will be sent a second email to complete the tool again after the employee version is complete. If you nominated another person in the field, they will receive this second email. (Please make sure you have their permission prior to completion).

Once you (or the nominated person) have completed the second assessment, you will be sent an email with a link to the reports. You can choose who receives this by clicking on the button.
